How to Create an Account?

Go to the registration page by clicking the "Register" button at the top right and sign up. If you have already registered and been approved, your account is active.
To receive more inquiries, provide basic information about your business and products to other companies:

•    Log in to your account and fill in your company information.
•    Describe your company and upload your logo.
•    Add your products to attract new customers and partners.
•    Share your offers or inquiries to find new partners, distributors, and clients.

I became a member but can’t log in?

We verify all members to ensure they are affiliated with the landscaping industry. This verification process may take some time.

How do I upload products?

To upload products, log in and click the "Add Products" button on your "My Profile" page. Enter the product details, upload photos, and click "Save" to upload the product. Alternatively, you can send your product catalog or website, and we can upload it for you.

How do I create a request?

To create a request, click on the "My Profile" button in the upper right corner and then click on "Add Request." After filling in the request details, click "Save" to submit your request.

How to respond to a request?

To respond to a request, click on the "Open Details" section on the homepage to view the request. Then, click the "Send Message" button to send your message to the person who created the request.

I don’t have any products, I only provide services; can I still be a member?

Yes, MeetLandscapers welcomes service providers as well as product sellers. You can become a member and post about the services you offer.

How to communicate with other members?

You can directly message a product owner by clicking the "Send Message" button next to their product. You can check your “Inbox” under "My Profile, Messages." You will also be notified by email when you receive a message from a member.
